Broken sleep the night before.
Dreams filled with worry and heartache.
Blurry eyes just wanting to close again.
That tightness in my chest and tingle behind the eyes,
that show today will be so hard.
What I would give for one day free of it.
Free to be myself without the filter of anxiety.
